Rotate PDF Pages — Free, and Offline

Scanners are the usual culprit. Feed a stack of paper through one and half the pages come out on their side, which is fine until you need to read them, print them, or send them to somebody who will judge you for it. Most PDF viewers will spin the page on screen, but that rotation lives in the viewer — close the file and it is sideways again.

Common questions

Does rotating a PDF reduce its quality?

No. Rotation changes a page attribute in the document structure. The page content is untouched, so there is no re-compression and no quality loss.

Can I rotate only some pages in a PDF?

Yes. You can select a single page, a range such as 4-9, a mixed selection, or the entire document. Pages you do not select are left alone.

Do my files get uploaded anywhere?
