Extract Pages From a PDF

Extracting is the polite version of deleting. Rather than stripping pages out of an original you may want later, you name the pages worth keeping and write them to a new file, leaving the source untouched.

Selections can mix forms freely: 1, 4-8, 12, 20-end all in one go. The order you list them in is the order they land in, so extraction doubles as a quick reordering tool when you need pages rearranged as well as reduced.

This is the right tool when you need to send someone the two relevant pages of a fifty-page lease, and the wrong tool when you want the whole thing minus the appendix — for that, extract the range you want to keep.
